The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower room. The bed can be separate into two singles on request. There is also a dedicated work space with desk and chair. This bedroom is at the rear of the property (non-street side).

The second bedroom has two small singles that can be converted into a king on request. There is an ensuite bathroom which has a full-sized bath and a fitted thermostatic shower over it.

The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen with dining for four.
There are two sofas and double doors which lead out onto a large private terrace, which also has comfortable lounging furniture.
