On the second floor of a Victorian terrace Fernlea View 4 is located in the heart of Balham. It’s just steps away from a selection of shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants and a short stroll from Tooting Bec Common. Equipped with a desk and chair, the oversized primary bedroom makes a great space for working from home. Paid on-street parking available. Pets allowed on request at a fee.
